Đặt phòng trên booking được giá ưu đãi nhưng chủ villa kiểu khó chịu ko thích khách đặt trên booking đến. Chủ villa nhắn tin zalo trước cho khách lấy lý do làm đường đi lại bất tiện, và điện nước có thể bị ảnh hưởng, cố gắng để khách huỷ phòng. Nhưng mình vẫn đặt đến xem như nào thì đường vào villa ko hề bị ảnh hưởng gì hết, thành phố lát vỉa hè chứ ko làm đường. Đến nơi thái độ của chủ vẫn khá khó chịu kiểu đành chấp nhận ấy. Phòng thì mùi hôi, đồ đạc cũ. Khá thất vọng khi lưu trú tại đây

VNCAAfter confirming my booking, they called to say they couldn't accommodate me until the next day. Again confirmed my revised booking dates. WHEN I ARRIVE THERE WAS NO VILLA AVAILABLE.

GBThe room was large.
The pool looked like had not been cleaned in months. No water circulation in the pool, although the staff removed surface debris, I the week I was there no one put any chemicals in the pool. And no one used it as it look filthy. The fridge freezer in my room did not work and was dirty. plugged it in went back 2 hours later and the fridge was making a bubbling sound and when I opened it it was very hot. I quickly unplugged it, and reported it. Was told can't get anyone to fix it, do to national holidays. Asked for a different room was told no, asked for a fridge was told not available. No food availability at the hotel. No one came into my room to clean it, replace towels or bedding in the week I was there. Wifi was intermittent. Not recommended.
