Dulverton house - 3 bed house /sleeps 6+ driveway+close to M1

The host was most accommodating and kept great communication. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Spacious, clean, affordable and in an easily accessible location. Instructions of how to get the keys and the wifi were clear, and the messaging from the owner were polite and helpful. The parking was an added bonus!

The tap in the bathroom sink does not reach far beyond the rim and as such was difficult to wash hands/face. (this is a small gripe and it honestly the only negative I can think of)

Quiet neighbour and near the M1 to get out of town and only 10-20 minutes into town by car

I think they still need to landscape the garden and do something with an old shed viewed from the kitchen window but does affect the comfort of the property.
