O apartamento estava todo quebrado, cama quebrada des de 2024 porta quebrada, muito sujo o quarto que tem banheiro tinha fezes até na porta. Não me passaram orientações de check-in e nao respondiam as minhas mensagens.

Property was close to the city centre and amenities

There was a dirty sock found behind a chair The fridge required some cleaning There could be better cooking utensils and there were no sharp knives perhaps it was us but we ran out of hot water very quickly and some of us had cold showers due to being 5 of us

The property was nicely decorated and looked like the photos. Good space in living room as well as bedrooms. Reasonably clean. The location was convenient - could walk into town, a cheap all-day carpark nearby

Double bed had broken and missing slats and a cheap uncomfortable mattress - a bad night's sleep Single bed the slats weren't fixed so when trying to sit up in bed they slide apart and you sink down between them. Ensuite shower blocked - water didn't drain, just 5 mins use starting to overflow and flood the bathroom. Curtain pole in the bedroom too low down - when I opened the window it knocked the curtain pole off the wall. The kitchen isn't equipped for even the most basic meal prep - not enough crockery and utensils in the kitchen, says it sleeps 6 but only 2 wine glasses and 3 plates. No sharp knives - we couldn't even slice our pizza. Cutlery incredibly cheap and flimsy, the forks bend when you try to use them. I notified the owner of these problems - they were sympathetic but didn't manage to repair or fix any of them during our 2 day stay. I wouldn't stay here again unless there was proof the multiple problems had been fixed.

The entrance to the building was cluttered with dirty fast food boxes, rhe flat itself presented as clean,, but the one of the sheets was dirty, one of the beds was broken so had to sleep on the opposite side, the sofa bed is broken so we had to book another hotel room elsewhere. The room also had no toilet paper.

The bed is really uncomfortable especially if you’re older.
