Property was very clean and well equipped. Pet friendly. Secure. Outdoor space. Very comfortable beds. Easy , free parking. Excellent location for us to visit our daughter. Really helpful and friendly owner/host

Hand rail on stairs would make use of stairs easier and safer.

"Clean, detailed, comfortable, would stay there for work again."

Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated. Beds really comfortable and great kitchen facilities. Outside space, sizeable plus dog friendly. Close to City centre. At price point and digs, would highly recommend. Two bathrooms is a bonus, so would highly recommend if working as a team in the local area.

It’s on the cusp of the city centre, so can be a bit noisier, but that is not meant to the detriment of the cleanliness and of this property.

"Fantastic stay"

Easy and clear check-in instructions, Kelly the host was great and kept in touch to make sure we were OK throughout the stay. The house is clean and modern and very central to the city centre. Has a garden at the back which was great to sit in as well as the weather was hot. Plenty of space in the house and nice dining room to eat in. Praking right outside the property as well which was a bonus. Shame we only had the 1 night. Would happily stay again if we ever go back to Lincoln.

Nothing to dislike.
