USThe property was as advertised. Beds were comfortable & plenty of room for our big family. The pool, hot tub & theatre room was great. Staff was quick to respond to our questions & needs!

USWe cooked ourselves but the kitchen was stocked perfectly for our needs.
USThe size and lay of the rental was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for everyone.
The pool water was cold and the pool area was too warm. It took 2 days for the hot tub to heat up once we got there. The place could use a good cleaning very dusty. The floor was unlevel in the main living area. All of us at one time or another stubbed our toe or got off balanced by it.
USThe house was awesome, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room. The family loved the pool, hot tub, video games and the home theater!

USOur stay was flawless. Communication was excellent both before and during our visit, with prompt responses to any questions or concerns. The cabin was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the pool was fantastic. It's just a 15-minute drive to Pigeon Forge, with convenient options for quick grocery runs and firewood only 5 minutes away. There was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for the kids and dogs to play. The kids were thrilled with the pool and car games, while the dads were obsessed with the pinball machine! A tip: bring along some coconut oil and flavacol for the popcorn machine; we used it every day and enjoyed popcorn non-stop. It was such a hit I had one delivered to the house prior to getting home.
