THE GETAWAY! 3 Bed House - Plymouth - Sleeps 7 - Free Parking - Habita Property

Not a great deal.

Terrible location. I’m disabled, amputee. No mention of the walk up the stairs to the property. When carrying luggage up to the house on my own is was a nightmare. Parking was hard as everyone bunches up towards the steps you need to reach the raised walkway to the property. No Netflix on the TV, normally wouldn’t care but the trip was just for me to relax whilst travelling. Contacted the company several times, no answer. Not only did they not read or reply, they ignored the messages and sent me copy bless updates asking for reviews. This is not disabled friendly at all and the facilities are old and tired.

House was nice and modern and clean.

Decorating needed several significant touch ups and we were charged for damage to the toilet flush that was already broken on our arrival. When I tried to contact Habita about the charge they completely ignored me.

Lovely size and amenities, great stocked kitchen and very stylish

Distance to front door not ideal at all for wheelchair users from front or back

Good location, park across the road perfect for exercising dog and had nice little cafe. About 20 minute walk to town centre

Booking,com found the property as a replacement because we had been let down by another property owner, so it was incredibly short notice but Habita got us into this beautiful property super quick and efficiently and it was easy to communicate with them and a beautiful comfortable house. Can not fault it at all.
