I don't know because I never made it into my accommodation!

I was told that I would receive check-in information on the day of arrival, but none was forthcoming. On arriving at what I assumed was the place late at night, I found five lockboxes at the entrance, but the PIN number supplied to me didn't work with any of them. I didn't get any helpful information trying to contact the various phone numbers provided either. When someone did help let me into the building and up to what I thought was my apartment, someone else was already staying there! I ended up going and finding somewhere else to stay instead that night (by this time well after midnight). For a complete non-response to my enquiries (I still haven't heard anything), I expect to get a full refund for the accommodation that I never ended up staying at...
