"Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices"

I can see why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Georgetown. The check in process was the worst I’ve ever seen. We wanted to check in early (which of course was a fee) but no one responded to our calls for 2 and a half hours so we were stuck outside waiting for a response. (There was also no one in our room the night before). When we did get hold of the manager, we were understandably frustrated, and he was the rudest person imaginable. He told us ‘we could leave our luggage but don’t leave anything expensive’ and also said he doesn’t have time to be speaking to us. The room is absolutely tiny, you can’t even open a suitcase. We’ve been travelling for 8 months and this is by far the worst room and customer service we’ve experienced.
