Fantastic location

The bedroom is not enough space

The locations I kinda like it cause nearby there's kopitiam/restaurant around. Quite near to Komtar and the malls too.

I would like to give a heads up that I know me and my friends planned things last minutes, we don't expect to get answer immediately when we tried to contact for early check-in or so. But unfortunately, we don't even know when we will get response when we tried to contact the PIC. 1. You can never get to check in early, as they claimed room only be free after 3pm. But we have seen people check out before 10am / 12pm and we only ask to check in an hour early so we can rest a bit longer as we claimed we are not staying overnight cause we're going back the same day. But yet they can't do so for us. 2. The bed was extremely bad for backbone as the mattress spring no longer in good condition, you can never have good sleep if you're a light sleeper. Light turn around can cause huge shake of the bed. 3. Toilet smells, not sure is it from the exhaust fan, but it's smell disgusting. 4. Street noises, you can hear clearly opposite owners pulling down the shutters, people chit-chatting while walking, vehicles passing by. If you're a light sleeper you may really have to consider properly, as the price may be "low" but you may get bad disturbed.

The ac was not really enough for the room type -family room. The room is big . Is just that the room is too big but the ac is not strong enough

The price is so affordable. Location is nearby everything. The staff were very responsive and reliable. All my queries were handled quickly and efficiently.

The AC is little bit hot
