The position of the unit, ie the seaview and lagoon.

The windows were broken. The main toilet leaked and there was an odour so we couldn't use it. The oven couldn't be used because ut tripped the mains.

The unit is perfectly situated with a fantastic view and literally a minute walk to the beach. Quiet; and easy access to the parking. Support from the Property letting agency was fantastic.

Unfortunately there were no backup lights/torch at the unit to assist us through the loadshedding. WIFI/Fibre connection would have been great, as the cell reception at Uvongo is not good.
