L appartement etait plutôt grand et accueillant . Relativement bien placé.

Une télé mais aucune chaînes!!!!! La Clim de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Le strict minimum dans la cuisine… pas de bols, 4 verres et 3 mazagran, absolument rien pour faire du café!!!! Un saladier et une poêle inutilisable…..

Well furnished and clean with minimalistic decor. A lovely location to be and easy to get around.

wifi was poor, often not able to connect to the internet at all (guess this forced us to have some quality time). Flat was well equipped but some pans were worn out/ not usable.

The Wi-Fi did not work during any of the four nights we stayed there. I reported the problem, but it was never resolved. The owner claimed that the Wi-Fi was working and even suggested that we had been using it, which is completely false. We tried connecting with two different cell phones and a laptop, and none of them were able to access the internet. What bothered me the most is that I specifically asked the administrator or owner to come to the apartment and show us that the Wi-Fi was actually working, or to send someone to check it. Nobody ever came, and that message was never answered. I was simply ignored. Any response claiming that the Wi-Fi was working is simply false. They had already told us that it was working, but when I asked them to prove it in person or send someone to verify the connection, they stopped responding and completely ignored the request. There was also a power outage that affected the entire building, yet the owner tried to suggest that we had somehow turned off the breakers ourselves. It seems that whenever there is a problem, the first reaction is to blame the guest rather than investigate what is actually happening. To make matters worse, I later requested an invoice and received no response. After several days of repeatedly asking for it because I needed it for my records, they finally sent it. The communication throughout the entire stay was poor and unprofessional. I don't know who is behind the messages, but the customer service deserves 1 out of 10 stars. The apartment has a nice view and was clean, but the way problems are handled is unacceptable for the price we paid. If reliable Wi-Fi and responsive communication are important to you, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Everything about the apartment was fantastic. The only slight drawback was the comfort of the sofa bed mattress, but otherwise, it was a great experience. A better mattress would make this a perfect 10/10!

ήταν ευρύχωρο , κοντά στο λιμάνι και σε εστιατόριο, είχε αρκετές παροχές.

ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν ήταν καθόλου εντάξει. του έστελνα μηνύματα για διευκρινίσεις και δεν μου απαντούσε ποτέ απλά έβλεπε τα μηνύματα.
