-Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, w okolicy bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket -Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem -Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i generalnie apartament

-Brak gniazdka elektrycznego w łazience :( -Wilgoć (niestety taka natura Malty) -Troche słabo działająca suszarka do ubrań
