The property locations and cleanliness was great.

The following needs attention: 1. The microwave is faulty, the start button sometimes does not work. 2. They need to provide some basic amenities e.g. Coffee/tea ingredients, options of bathroom items, etc. 3. The operation of the entrance at the main gate is too manual and wastes a lot of time thus posing a risk. They must make it remote controlled. 4. The towels are of poor quality and one cannot dry themselves up with those towels. 5. The bed quality can be improved. 6. A small coffee table will be very convenient in the lounge.

Property was neat and clean with all amenities but only one AC in the living room only.

The property is located on the top of the hill with a narrow driveway to reach. Once you are there, you can see the sea from a closest distance but the water was muddy since it is a river mouth. Property is lonely with no lockup or shade parking. No fan or AC in the bedrooms. If you open the windows, a lot of strong winds will come. If you open the door, sometimes some scary bugs come in and move around.

No under cover parking for my vechile...and no remote control gate..was a slept to climb in and out every time to entre or to go out..especially when it rained! And when family came visit..to walk down all the way to go and open the gate..whether was bad and could off haeled..was scared for my vechile as there is no undercover parking..and also with sunny days. The vechile had to stand in the heat of the sun..and the mattresses are not too good to sleep on..gave us back pain..but atherwise all good..thank you!

There is always someone in the property in their own flatlet. This helped a great deal because we locked ourselves in as we dropped the keys outside while taking out luggage from the car. We therefore called the caretaker who came to our rescue swiftly. The tranquility is out of this world, the atmosphere is so peaceful due to the sound and the view of the sea. The property was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. I must say the review regarding the issue with the locks and stained couches is misleading, we sat on the couch most of the time because it's 100% clean and we actually took pictures sitting on it, and there is no fault with the locks and no security hazards. I must commend the property owner for taking an action with regards to the review that suggested a braai stand because during our stay it was there, it's a pity we did not get time to use it as we were out most of the time. The walk to the beach only takes about 5 minutes, and that took the cake for me. The is also a restaurant just minute away from the property There is a fan which helped to cool off the heat. However the owner showed keeness to install aircons in both rooms and the lounge upon me suggesting so

we liked the location, the sound of the ocean. The place was amazing, the pictures don't even begin to do justice to the actual place, it beautiful and the view is superb.

Location is good. The view is stunning overlooks the sea and loved the sound of the waves. Host Philani was good and responded timeously. Enough TV channels. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. There was decent cupboard space. We had the whole yard to ourselves.

The couches and curtains could use a good deep clean - we couldn't even sit on the couches as we could see stains so we ended up sitting at the table only. There is a gap at the bottom of the kitchen door so insects crawled in and we had to stick a packet there. There was dust next to the microwave and behind the toilet. The ironing board has seen better days.
