Nothing False advertising Windows had no locks....front door could not lock.....NOT SAVE Don't go there❗❗❗‼️‼️‼️ Window pics under this

Windows couldn't not lock...handles were broken off. Can't sleep and not feel safe. Was very unsafe no water. A bucket with water in toilet. Cld not shower...or boil gettle...NO WATER. Front door could not lock from inside. We left as we welt unsafe. Now he ignores my calls for a refund.. He isn't honest with is description and can't rent a house that is unsafe in the middle of nowhere How do i get my money back. He said he would refund and he understood safety in Natal is crucial...but clearly he doesn't want to now...hence ignoring my calls he said he would and now ignores me. He should no be on booking.com. He gives u a bad name. Please help om
