Poor cleaning services and check in and out is not smooth if you are not driving

The area is very central which was excellent, room was clean and neat, the staff was very friendly thank You for a lovely experience

The parking allocated for the apartment was far from the stairs/lift. The lift location is very confusing, would be lovely if the staff explained it when collecting keys.
