Sam apartament wygląda tak jak na przedstawionych w ofercie zdjęciach jednak nie spełniał naszych wymagań. W sypialni oraz kuchni brak światła dziennego oraz brak możliwości otwarcia okna w celu wywietrzenia pomieszczenia. Lokalizacja nie najlepsza…. Niestety wszędzie daleko. Jeżeli ktoś chce poznać i poczuć atmosferę Bari to nie ta lokalizacja … wszędzie trzeba dojechać autobusem a sam przystanek znajduje się kawałek drogi. Niestety my już z tego apartamentu nie skorzystamy. Wolimy coś bliżej centrum

The location is superb, check-in/out self service without any problems.

The apartment is far from “deluxe”. It may have deluxe potential, but reality is different. It could have great views on the sea, but the windows are so dirty, you cannot see much. The windows were probably never cleaned since the building was built. The apartment entrance door couldn’t be closed without using hard force as the locking mechanism isn’t maintained. The balcony door in the kitchen was impossible to close at all as it was broken completely. In general, the apartment is terribly unpractical as the bathroom is accessible only from bedroom and the door is squeaky so during night whoever goes there would wake up others. Also because of the hotel-like card to the apartment (which we got only one), we couldn’t easily split as whoever stayed in the apartment needed the card to have the electricity, so the other group had to go out without card and later knocking on those who stayed. Simple key would be much better. We couldn’t use the balcony as it was terribly smelly and hot there (probably from the air conditioning fans?). The kitchen fan broken completely. Regarding the equipment, the kitchen was lacking basic things like spoons, sponges or dish soap, no bags for the recycle bin. At the beginning also coffee machine broken. After we complained, they brought spoons and new coffee maker, but rest of the stuff we had to buy ourselves. To top things up, two nights before we left, the blinds in the bedroom finally broke down and we were unable neither to close them fully, nor pull up (all the time before they were making terrible squeaky rusty sound). To sum things up, we would NOT recommend this apartment unless it goes through proper maintenance. Not worth the money and compared to other offers in Bari is much worse.

Condizionatore che affaccia direttamente in balcone rendendo una cappa di calore la zona, espandendo la sensazione di caldo torrido alla cucina se accesi per troppo tempo

Lage war sehr gut.Direkt am Meer.Umgebung Mietshäuser teilweise etwas desolat.

Keine Küche.Ausstattung an Besteck und Geschirr nicht auf Selbstversorger abgestimmt.Kein Tisch und keine Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Klidné místo a blízko soukromá pláž.Moc pěkná promenáda až do centra.Výhled z pokoje neskutečný.Obývák a ložnice velice dobře zařízený.

Vybavení kuchyně-chyběly lžíce velké,naběračka, hluboké talíře, misky,skleničky na víno,prkýnko. Je škoda,že není lepší posezení na balkóně,místo kancelářského křesla bych koupila pohodlné židličky😉.
