EENothing. We were not able to stay despite having a confirmed and paid reservation.
Our confirmed reservation was overbooked. Upon arrival late in the evening, we were informed that no room was available. We were left without accommodation, without an immediate refund, and without any assistance in finding an alternative place to stay. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. Overbooking confirmed reservations and leaving guests stranded is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
