Goede, sfeervolle locatie, alles erg schoon, goed ingericht keukentje, fijn terrasje. Supervriendelijke gastheer, alles perfect.

Central location, beautiful surrounding nature, quiet neighborhood, clean apartment, kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, proximity to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy and shops.

We had wonderful welcoming from Giorgios, the apartmant was clean to perfection, it is well equiped and the most lovely part of whole apartmant is the terrace and view. It is amazing sea view and you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. All the recommendations, we would come again!

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Mittendrin, aber ruhig. Der Balkon und die Aussicht hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Die Küche war etwas spärlich eingerichtet, hat aber ausgereicht.

I have been coming to Agia Marina, Aigina since 2017, and I am absolutely in love with the place and everything about it. 123 Soleil studios is the acommodation I love coming back to - wonderful Yorgos and Elpida whi have a large heart and are always helpful with everything me and my little girl might need, a great location in the heart of A. Marina and close to shops and restaurants, small but comfy, recently renovated studio with nicely equipped kitchen that feels like my second home, nice and friendly guests from other studios which I enjoyed meeting and talking to as we came and went from the studios... A small pretty garden, a view of the sun rising above the sea from the balcony, lovely bougainvilleas around the property, two friendly street cats that quickly made friends with us, quiet surroundings with a pine forest not far from the house, cicadas singing in daytime only to give way to the songs of crickets and the call of Scops Owl as the night falls, the nearest beach but a couple of minutes' walk down the street - what more can I say? I really hope we will be coming to this place again and again! Thank you so much for everything, Yorgos and Elpida, hope to see you again soon!
