The room was clean and stocked with everything you need for the stay. The balcony wraps around, which gives you access from the main bedroom.

The room is right across from the elevator, so you hear everyone's conversations as they wait for elevator.

The location

The toilet in the main bathroom didn’t work. The handle to the refrigerator is broke. One of the property owners was very rude to us

Great beach location. Friendly front desk staff.

Internet access poor compared to other units, not sure if location next to elevator is affecting reception. Laundry a few doors down wheeling carts past room most of morning. I checked my service dog in at the hotel 8 days prior while renting a different unit. I used booking.com to extend trip 2 nights and moved units. Received a call from rental agency threatening to evict me from property despite checking service dog in at front desk. However Barbara at rental agency was helpful when I called back and front desk very helpful offered to fax needed documentation to resolve the issue with them. Front desk denied any claims that a complaint was made about service dog and no further problems occurred. Overall a nice property despite some hiccups.

We loved the location. It is a beautiful place to stay. It was convenient to the beach. Loved that sunset vistas had a courtesy box for beach items. Everyone was super friendly. We even met another family that we plan to vacation with in the future. Our stay was great beginning to end. Crabby 's on the pass was a great place to eat, especially with children who are picky eaters. The chicken fingers were their favorite. Even the publix down the street was convenient, and the staff was super friendly.

We can't think of anything we didn't like.
