Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, die Größe des Zimmers, dass das Bett und das Badezimmer sauber war..

Das Gebäude in dem sich die Unterkunft befindet,ist sehr alt und in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Es befindet sich kein Aufzug, so dass wir unsere schweren Koffer in das 2.Stock hochschleppen mussten. Das Zimmer an sich war schön, aber der Boden besteht aus uralten Fliesen, die dreckig aussehen. Im Badezimmer sind neue Fliesen, da war der Boden, auch das Wc, die Dusche sowie das Waschbecken sauber. Auch die Bettbezüge waren sauber. Am ersten Morgen war es extrem laut, man hörte Geschreie aus dem Flur und die Putzdame versuchte mit aller Kraft unsere Zimmertüre zu öffnen, obwohl das Schild am Türgriff hang. Wir haben uns voll erschrocken. Da wir das Zimmer um die Mittagszeit verlassen haben, wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir durften uns aber frische Handtücher holen. Am Morgen des Checkout hat die Putzdame kurz nach 10 uhr an unsere Türe geklopft und uns an das Checkout erinnert, empfanden wir mega unfreundlich. Checkout war bis 10.30 Uhr. Die Straße ist auch mega dreckig und mit den Koffer ist es anstrengend über die Pflastersteine zu laufen.

"Muy buen lugar para alojarse en Catania"

Muy buena ubicación cercano al centro de la ciudad y a la estación de bus, medio de transporte que utilizamos para llegar desde el aeropuerto y recorrer las ciudades cercanas. El edificio es antiguo y como la mayoría de la zona céntrica de Catania muestra deterioro externo, pero el interior del B&B es otra cosa. El apartamento es muy amplio y está recién remodelado con una muy agradable decoración, al igual que el baño. La atención de Michele fue muy cordial, comunicándose con nosotros para enviarnos el código de acceso del portal principal y las indicaciones muy claras para el check in. Hay agua de cortesía en la heladera y café y te con unas masitas. En las cercanías hay muchos restaurantes. Sin duda volvería a contratar.
