1-Bed Apt with rooftop pool Ocean Dr by the Beach B207

Was loud 18h per 24h, old not updated interior since at least 15 years. Broken AC- floating water out of it. Not complete shower, missing side hose.

De locatie aan Ocean Drive is centraal. Strand is lekker dichtbij. De accommodatie zit zeer dichtbij een luidruchtige club. (Palace). De ramen zijn enkel glas en sluiten niet goed dus tot middernacht luide muziek en entertaining. Maar dat zou voor de zorgvuldige boeker geen verrassing hoeven zijn. Het brengt ook sfeer en gezelligheid.

Foto’s op de site zijn ver ver van de werkelijkheid! Onderhoud was erg slecht. Er was veel zo niet alles stuk. Van wc die niet doorliep, tot deurposten die kapot zijn of ontbreken,, tot vaatwasser die niet open gaat, kastjes die niet open gaan, ramen die niet sluiten, airco die water op de vloer lekt, gescheurd meubilair, kookplaat waar stukken af zijn, keuken kraan waar t koud water het niet doet. En dan nog eens vies, viezer , viest! De geur was uitermate onfris. Muf/schimmelachtig. De contactpersoon bleek absoluut niet betrouwbaar in oplossingen. We hebben de beleving fors in de maling genomen te zijn. Mede doordat de berichten van de contactpersoon niet met elkaar rijmden, afspraken niet werden nagekomen en we van degene die de nacht voor ons er geslapen heeft hebben gelezen dat hij de contactpersoon geïnformeerd had en er niets opgelost werd. En de contactpersoon deed bij ons voorkomen dat het om onbekende klachten ging.

Quite loud on a Saturday night next to the Palace Bar. Parking was very expensive at $48.

Great location with roof top pool and very roomy. My wife loved the giant tub!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect – everything I needed was within walking distance, from beach, cafes and restaurants. Just a heads-up: it can get noisy, as you'd expect from a spot right on Ocean Drive, but I was aware of that going in and it wasn't an issue for us. If you're looking for a lively area, it's perfect. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were spot-on, and the space was comfortable and clean. There is a rooftop pool in the main building. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Check-in was smooth, easy, and hassle-free. Plus, the room was ready even before the official 4pm check-in time.

The only downside was having to pay $10 to store my luggage after checkout. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt like an unnecessary charge, especially since some places offer this service for free.

Great location, very central

Poor security in that the front door to the building was broken so anyone could walk in. Left luggage door kept open & unlocked so anyone could walk in unseen so not secure. Lift broken which isn’t ideal when you have big suitcases. The pool is actually next door not in the same building so crossing outside in your swimwear is not great!
