El apartamento está ubicado en la primera planta de una casa familiar en el campo. No es accesible para sillas de ruedas; hay que subir escaleras para acceder. La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios, pero no hay lavavajillas. Hay lavadora. Las camas de los dormitorios son cómodas y hay mucho espacio para guardar la ropa. El baño es nuevo y bonito. El interior de la casa está limpio, pero hay arañas en las persianas exteriores. Probablemente le vendría bien una limpieza. El cubo de la aspiradora también estaba rebosante de basura.
