The view was nice. That’s about it. Their photos aren’t true and accurate and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were dirty, had mould on the roof, the ceiling leaked water all over our luggage when the air conditioning was on. We were given two towels for three people, for three days. There not even a rubbish bin in the room. The stay didn’t speak English, this is fine. However they were rude, refused to acknowledge us or talk to us. We couldn’t order any food or drinks from the bar because they just looked at us and turned away. We tried using google translate, they still didn’t acknowledge us. The staff were extremely loud and played their own music throughout the night.

The view

It was dirty. The pool was not open. It was dirty and cloudy so obviously had not been open in a long time. The outdoors was nice. People go there just to take insta pictures but you can go in to take pictures by paying about $4. DON’T BOOK A ROOM. First of all, there was a sliding door at the back of our room. It didn’t lock so anyone could get in the room at any time. There was no safe so no way to secure your valuables. The sliding door was glass and had a big circular hole in it where bugs or creatures could get in and they did!. It was cold and windy while we were there. The wind was blowing through the hole making the curtains move and blowing in cold air so the rooms were cold. We paid extra for a mountain view room. There was a view of the mountain but right in front of the room was garbage and looked terrible. A bowl of Pho was the only breakfast option and no drink was included. If you wanted coffee or tea the prices were crazy high. No one speaks English.
