☆☆ Modern Coed Dorm in Harrisburg ☆☆

Arrived late evening, opened the door to see a group of men passed out/clearly under the influence in the living room. Did not feel safe, at all. Ended up checking in to a local hotel.

The rooms were extremely dirty and the beds were extremely dirty as well. The sheets weren't changed and the bathrooms weren't kept clean. It was disgusting! There was no AC and it was really hot. I can't think of one thing that was even decent. Was contemplating getting out of the place in the middle of the night. It was a very very bad experience.

I couldn't tell you how I would like the property because we only got As far as getting into the property and attempting to go to the rented room and was refused entry and was told we were not staying there for the night we left the property and I reached out to the contact exchange tax regarding the issue the contact return to text stating that he talked to the individuals at the property and that we could go back and stay there at that point completely felt unsafe very concerned about the activities that were going on at the property

Unable to enter the room that was rented and was told that we would not be staying there that night and to reach out to Jerry to request a refund at this point did not feel safe going back after property owner indicated that he talked to individuals at the property I do not recommend this property again not sure what activities are actually going on in the property

Beds were comfortable. The people renting there were friendly. Parking was good.

Communication wasn’t there. There were many things that were dirty. There was a mouse in the house. The railing was broken. The stairs were not handicapped friendly.

The room was big, bed was comfortable. There were many places around the neighborhood to choose from to eat. Always had a parking spot out front of the house.

I had asked questions via the app and called and left a message with no reply. The stairs were not easy for me. The air conditioner in room 1 would not stay on. There were holes in the walls and grimy dirt on the stair railings. The railing was also broken. The check out day, the host was there and didn’t introduce himself to me, but did ask my children who they were. I didn’t know who the host was. I met several people who were renting but not the host. Communication and cleanliness should be improved. There was also a mouse sighting. I am terrified of mice!

I've never been anywhere except for here that makes me feel better than home until now the house is wonderful the people we get along as family not friends nor associates I recommend anyone who is in Harrisburg to look no further than this

I have not one complaint
