"Good for small family but not for family of 6"

The location is absolutely amazing, right next to the beach and fantasy Island funfair is literally 5 min walking distance. At first we couldn't find right caravan park as our satnav took us to a completely different place, so we rung number and gentlemen on the phone was very friendly and helpful.

We booked caravan for family of 6- 2 adults and 4 children. Caravan was quite small for a big family. One of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa. Luckily we were there only for one night as it was our girls birthday treat. For £180 for one night I would have thought every family member deserved sleep in bed. We bought pizza for dinner but there wasn't anything we could take pizza out of the oven or cut it :(. Pillows on sofa was very dusty, cleanliness wasn't the best but wasn't too bad either. I wouldn't mind but I have stayed in far more comfortable and better places for a worth of the same money. If that would have been week long holiday I would have been absolutely devastated.

Fantastic location, clean, good value for the money we paid for 3 nights, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We Met the owner on our arrival and he was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
