Poor WiFi connection… it was noisy….

The security system used at the gate 😳 we had to produce ID documentation of which its something that needs to be stated upon making a booking that you will need your ID at all times. Dealt with 6 security guards in different shifts they all have different procedure this was really frustrating 😑. Coming from JHB exhausted and being sent from pillar to post. The maintenance being done mid-morning and also the noise their doors make upon opening ans closing its disturbing. Apart from this the place was splendid ✨️ 🙌,clean neat and excellent value for money. To the host was reachable at all times and always willing to assist. Would definitely refer someone even come back 🙂

The property was clean and comfortable

The WiFi in the property was not really working, making it difficult to get anything done as there was no network. I think it would be nice if the suits could allow guests to hire out golf carts so as to not have not long waits to get to valley of the pools

The location is great and the apartment is fully equipped with all that you need.

The photos on booking.com shows the Capital Hotel pools, this is miss leading as Suit guest are not allowed at the capital pools. The Capital hotel staff mentioned that they have notified the suits of this many times. Its wrong to use the hotel photos and facilities in the pictures for the booking. The cleanliness of the suits building was very bad. Floors looked like that haven't been cleaned for a long time. Please make it known to guest that the Capital Hotel is a completely different facility from the Capital Suits. Please do not use photos that belong to another property.
