That hotel is super gross, the fridge was so dirty you couldn't even put water in it, the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, the safe wasn't bolted in and you had to use their codes, and the furniture was broken...seriously, don't stay there. We checked out after one night and went to the Ambasador Hotel.

The location in Zone 3 was perfect — the beach was calm, never crowded, and had beautiful waters. Breakfast was delicious and consistent every day, and the view from our lanai overlooking the beach was amazing to wake up to. The housekeeping team was quick and efficient, and the air conditioning in the room was impressively quiet. Overall, such a peaceful and comfortable stay!

It would be nice to have a couple more breakfast options just to mix things up for guests staying several days.

É tudo muito agradável no hotel. O quarto é bastante amplo e confortável, os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos, e principalmente a localização é ótima. É em uma parte tranquila da praia, mas próximo a tudo. Recomendo a estadia.

A internet funciona, mas não é ótima para se trabalhar, caso você viaje e trabalhe ao mesmo tempo.

Top location, everything you need you can find in hotel. Internet connection is 8/10 40mb-d 30mb-upload. Almost stable for whole time, rooms are clean and if u dont like bufet breakfast, u will enjoy this hotel with breakfest menu. If you want to use netflix u will need your laptop and hdmi/hdtv cable (not all TVs have OS and apps. But place is great with lot of space. In category of 3-stars this will by very good place to stay 🙂
