The location is perfect for those that are looking for some place far from the madding crowd, but still in walkable distance to the islend center. The host is nice & attentive, near by restaurants are also good.

The only down side is that there quite number of ants in the room, but that's part of being close to the nature.

"Good budget hotel in Station 3"

I love the area as it's quiet and away from the noise of Station 2. The TV, although old school, had decent cable channels to watch. The room was very spacious and I appreciate my request to combine the twin beds was accommodated (although I had to mention it upon arrival).

Contrary to what I read in the comments here.. the FREE breakfast choices were limited. It was good BUT it's quite disappointing. We ate omelette for 2 days. No free toothbrush/toothpaste.
