Absolutely nothing

Where can I even start, I rarely ever write a review but this is necessary. First, we drive around the property because the name of the hotel is not even on in the property so driving around we quickly realized what we had got ourselves into. Cancelling was too late so we checked in. The room was so filthy, food on the walls, mold everywhere in the shower/tub and there was roaches. We had to just be very careful and ride out our stay because getting a refund was not an option. This place is not only so unsanitary but it’s not safe. We booked through another site and didn’t even think to check the reviews on google, our mistake. Just wouldn’t want others to make the same mistake especially if you have kids.

In downtown but far away from tourist destination

Far from tourist attraction… staff is very rude

Price was good, they offer breakfast until late on weekends.

They walls and bathroom doors were dirty, the showers faucet was not reliable. Toilet water kept running, when requested more towels front person gave me 2 plus a mat.

I was moved to Rome that did not have a working refrigerator and when going down to the front desk to advise of the situation, he told me that there wasn’t much really that he could do that the person who would have been able to help me would have been the previous Rep that was there but the time changed over for the shift at 11 PM due to me making it for a late check-in

Attempt to overcharge Me for no reason. Ignored My reservation rate. Room ready but, wanted to charge the 3 rooms I reserved $25 each to check in early, ridiculous. Fuck this place. Never going back to any location. Do not spend your money with them.
