Très bon endroit, avec une décoration originale, très bon service, toujours prêt à conseiller, calme tout en étant proche du centre de Munnar

Das Zimmer war groß, individuell gestaltet wie die gesamte Anlage. Die Betreuung durch den Chef war ausgezeichnet. (Vorschläge und Organisation von Ausflügen, auch mit anderen Gästen). Dadurch war es einfach, mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen.+++ Das Frühstück war gut, aber in der Auswahl ein wenig beschränkt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, schade, dass es keinen Pool gab.

The location was very easy to access. While don't expect great scenery, the decorations and open seating area with the artificial garden were lovely. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and they even helped us celebrate our child's first birthday, arranging the party and decorations. Thank you Baiju, Sharanya, Anum, and all the welcoming staff!

Nothing of that sort. Loved every second of my visit there.

Staff is amazing, helped with all questions and requests. The location is also great, 10 minutes walking to the centre. The room for one person was big enough with everything I needed for my stay there. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

It was quite loud in the morning on Sunday due to the church service but it is not the fault of the hotel. Artificial decorations look funny.

I had the most wonderful stay at S&B Dreams House. Honestly I couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate my birthday on my solo trip. I have never encountered such a warm hospitality as I did in this place. Baiju, the manager helped me with so many things from arranging sightseeing trips to getting me to a doctor to get medicine for my cold. Also all other staff members treated me with heart-warming kindness and each one of them made me feel at home. They brought me ginger tea when I was struggling with my cold and made me stomach-friendly food when my stomach was hurting. They even threw me a birthday party on my birthday. The location was perfect: near to the center but still far enough not to hear the loud city sounds. The room was so beautiful and clean as well as the common areas. This will be my home far away from home whenever I come back to Munnar <3

The staff is amazing. There is nothing too big or small for anyone to help you with. Biju helped us book transportation to our next destination, and Tuktuks around town. He was always there to help with any needs. All of the staff were sweet and seemed very happy to work there. Wonderful hospitality. The food is great. The restaurant is a nice space to enjoy breakfast in the morning. Portions are big, so order accordingly. We especially enjoyed the terrace. There is a shade area and sun area depending on preference. We enjoyed dinners, games, drinks and great conversations with the other guests on the terrace. We were originally concerned there wasn’t air conditioning, but this was the only place in India we didn’t need it. Our room was quite cool all the time. Beautiful room and adjoining bathroom. It was really nice being close to town center for touring or checking out restaurants. A 5 minute Tuktuk to the town center. But very quiet at the property.

The room smelled a little musty. Not a problem if you keep a window open.

I am extremely pleased with both the services and the hospitality. This stands out as one of the finest stays in Munnar, offering a truly homely atmosphere. Special commendation goes to Mr. Baiju for being an exceptional host.
