I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a high level of comfort. The location is excellent. What really made the experience even better was the staff: they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Baiju and his family were incredibly accommodating and kind, making sure we had our needs met and helping us learn the best ways to enjoy Munnar.

It was hard to get the moisture out of the rooms, which made washing clothes difficult as they would not dry, but Munnar is a misty and damp place and the staff was accommodating to our needs.
