The location is perfect, the work station works out great, the views are spectactular, been coming for 8 years love it, but the price is getting up there, hope i can keep coming

Cost

Great, well maintained unit, good property location near everything but not too in the middle of crowds. Nice to have 2 pools and a beach bar.

There could be some landscaping/screening separating the pool/bar and parking area. Elevators could have been cleaner (the corners of walls/floors in main spaces, etc) - but overall it was good..

Clean apartment with plenty of room for 5/6 people with full kitchen, washer/dryer, great beach and pool access and easy drive to restaurants and other attractions

THE SIZE OF THE CONDO WAS PERFECT. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE VIEW WAS QUITE NICE.

NOT MUCH - CONDO WAS AS ADVERTISED. WOULD DEFFINITELY RECCOMMEND. THANS AGAIN!!!!!

Property seemed worn out. Air conditioner did not remove humidity from air. Always seemed damp in property

This condo is quiet, clean, great security, awesome location and stocked with everything you need! It has a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee with ocean views. We also loved the closet stocked with goodies.....from board games, beach chairs, to floats! The beach access was a plus, and the pool/hot tub is large and clean! We used Uber to make our Publix grocery store run and walked right across the street to Circle K for a few random stuff throughout our stay. I highly recommend carving out some time for lunch and shopping at John's Pass, which is less than a 5 minute drive(we use trolley or Uber ). If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location on a beautiful beach, then this is your place!

Wish the property had a bigger beach bar and pool would have stayed open a little later than 10:00 p.m.
