Friendly staff and quick to respond to issues

Wasn't informed that the fold out couch had an air mattress that needed blown up. Kids slept on the lumps. The staff didn't even know until they came next morning to see why it had lumps. Also the ice maker not hooked up. The staff did go back to office and bring ice trays the next morning.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the quite beach/shoreline that provided nice walking. The location was nice with easy access to the rest of Tybee Island and Savannah.

Could have beach towels for the pool.
