Location,showers were not as expected

The interior of hotel is good and just 5 minutes walking to golden temple.Staff was nice and very responsive.The price of the hotel is good .

We are not satisfied with the hotel service. The lights are not working properly, there has been no water supply since morning, and the LCD/TV is also not working. Last night, we ordered dinner, but we were told that the items mentioned in the menu were not available. We are very unhappy with all your services and are facing a lot of inconvenience because of these issues.

The staff forced to give review infront of her. Very disappointed with the hotel overall and I was wondering why there are such a good reviews for this property. Now I understood. The rooms were dirty smelly and not fresh towels were provided despite us asking several times

Nothing very disappointed in my experience The rooms are very small and had to pay 1k extra for a little larger room so that we can at last comfortably open our luggage
