I requested for an early check in, they were very generous to get our room ready on our requested time. They even upgraded our room to a bigger room we were super impressed about it.Prabjot was very kind to get my room ready once we reached there.

The location, its very close to Golden Temple but the surrounding is not very posh, its okayish.One will not get any non veg food here. The hotel is inside a very narrow lane.No proper restaurant arrangement they gave us very limited menu option to order in room food delivery.

Clean, helpful staff, good location and easy walk to Golden Temple and felt safe

No hot water in shower and open electrics in bathroom with holes in ceiling and a few periodic power failures

"Overall it was good hotel, but difficult to locate, don’t fall for the location on booking.com map."

The room was very nice, clean and temperature was excellent with Air conditioner. Staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful.

It was very difficult to find the hotel. Google map was able to find it exactly. The hotel is behind other buildings in the ally, Finally they had to send someone to escort us to the hotel. Which we appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t in time and the dining place was not clean at all, however the waitress was very friendly and brought us what we ordered and served very well..
