La situation plein centre est un gros avantage mais de ce fait manque de luminosité dans l'appartement
Manque de produits de première nécessité comme torchons,huile vinaigre... Le propriétaire est réactif car nous avons pu communiquer avec lui. La sonorisation est moyenne
