ITS A GREAT HOTEL, GREAT STAFFS AND AMAZING LOCATION VERY CLOSE TO ALL IMPORTANT DESTINATIONS IN KOCHI. WARM WELCOMING. ITS DEFINITELY WORTH STAYING. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOMS MAKES YOUR STAY HAPPY. THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SERVE THEIR GUESTS AND I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT. VERY VERY RARELY YOU WILL SEE HOTELS WHO LEAVES A REMARKABLE IMPRESSION ON THEIR GUESTS AND THEY NATURALLY DO IT.

Convenient location and parking facilities. Running hot water, comfortable bed

Our initial room had a terrible drainage smell. The staff tried to rectify it but it was not possible so we were given a change of room which was better. It would have been better if a room change could have been arranged earlier instead of after a night of trying to put up with it - there were clearly other rooms available.
