GBA lovely place to stay. Everything you needed was there and for any problems they answered within an hour

There’s smell coming from downstairs restaurants all the time, the toilet and shower are tiny and didn’t give enough shower gels, thin wall you can hear neighbours’ baby crying, the street outside is bit trashy. And the washing machine is located in the shared hallway, the bed is not for anyone over 1.8m.

Multiple issues inside the property. Water damage all over the walls, fitting hanging off the wall in the bedroom, shower rail hanging off. The place is in desperate need of a touch up as it's not in a great state. Some of the bedding provided were stained and shouldn't really be used.

The property was totally misrepresented on Booking.com. It has damp in several places, stained walls and rubbish (including items such as fridges) dumped immediately outside. It was so unpleasant we left immediately, asked for a full refund through the platform, and had little assistance from Booking.com when the property owner refused. Appalling all round.
