"Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage"

Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und überwiegend gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt, trotz gewisser Einschränkungen. Es gibt einen TG-Stellplatz sowie Aufzug. Die Betten sind komfortabel.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer vierspurigen Straße mit entsprechendem Verkehrslärm. Im April 2026 war direkt gegenüber eine große Baustelle, welche an sechs Tagen ab ca. 7:00 Uhr unseren Wecker ersetzt hat. Dies war vor unserer Buchung nicht offengelegt worden.

"all tree of us were very satisfying so a reason to come back."

S.C. and all we needed for that was in the apartment Our stay was super. We also used the Uber nr in the owners file to bring our friend to the airport. And we received a whatsapp. from him that she arrived safe at the airport. Service.

There must be a note from Booking.com that the postbox, to drop off the keys is in the basement!! And hold open the in between door because you don't have a card anymore to open it.!!! And the lock must work, so at last the housekeeper (luckely she was there) called the owner and we gave her the keys.

Close to my work conference venue & the cleanliness.

Key collection and drop off is not very clearly outlined but we managed to figure it out because we also rent out apartments.

Very nice and spacious accommodation!

There was no coffee or milk and when asked we were told they only stock and sugar..... very disappointing!
