Everything, excellent location, excellent decoration. The hot tub made our stay

This property is exceptional and far surpassed what we expected. Its in a great location, it is beautifully decorated and is a total home-from-home. TV's in all rooms, games room, hot tub, very accommodating hosts....whats not to love?!

The house was beautiful and clean and had everything you needed . The location was great , the decor was lovely, the price was good and the hot tub was excellent.

Could have done with a couple of more toilet rolls and kitchen roll.

What a super house to spend some quality time. Plenty of space around the house with 5 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen had all necessary appliances needed to enjoy cooking then 8 spaces to seat and eat as a family. There is a television is every room which was ideal and a games room that had enough activities to keep everyone entertained. Great area with a hot tub and covered area where we could sit out and chat all together whilst people used the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms including the en-suite had really good showers with plenty of hot water. Probably the best house I've stayed in for some time and the owners being very responsive to any questions we had.

We have no complaints about our stay the only thing others need to be aware of is that the parking is street parking but you do need a zone pass. The home does supply these and a scratch card to cover the stay.

1- TV in every room 2- Hot tub 3- 3 clean bathrooms one of them was in suit 4- play room and having many games and entertainment

I would not say there was anything we did not like but we hoped there was a toilet downstairs

The property is in a great location and has been finished to a high standard. Great kitchen/ dining/ living space for the whole family.

There wasn’t enough hot water for showers. Out of 11 of us only 3 of us managed to get a hot shower around 9am then there was no hot water at all until nearly 4pm. We never used the hot tub because of this as you are meant to shower before ( and usually after). Although the heating was working, parts of the house were still quite cold.

Everything about the property was perfect, had everything you need for a family weekend away. The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfy. Everything was clean, had a lovely cosy feel. Loved the games room and the little toys for the younger ones , the safety gate and high chair were a great added extra! The owners were lovely and so easy to communicate with, nothing too much trouble. Location perfect , couldn’t fault it and had the best weekend with family.
