Sehr nette Leute. Lieber Wachhund Rex. Sehr schöne Aussicht und ruhige Lage. Grosses Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage/Heizung. Gemütliche Terrasse.

Der kleine Hund bellte beim Vorbeigehen immer. War aber immer hinter einem Gartentor eingesperrt.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The place is peaceful and private. Great garden, perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. The beds were very comfortable.

The access to the facility is not marked, so it is more difficult to find, especially if the navigation takes you down the wrong path.

Luan and Anna's villa was perfect for us! A real home from home. After the nightmare finding it, they gave us a very warm welcome and even a bit of supper after our long and stressful journey. Anna also treated us to her delicious homebaked cakes during our stay :) The villa had everything we needed. The best bit was the outside verandah and garden, where we could sit out bird watching for breakfast (when the weather was warm enough at the end of March). The adjacent wild cliff/ravine was ideal habitat for a variety of birds including Rock Nuthatch, Blue Rock Thrush, Sardinian Warblers and a Hoopoe! A Nightingale arrived just as we were leaving. We were envious of future guests being serenaded at night! From the garden we had a glimpse of the sea at Agios Nikolas. Our closest bit of coast, this was a quintessential Greek harbour with excellent tavernas, a good swimming beach and cycle track from the nearby excellent bike rental shop in Stoupa. The villa was perfectly situated for easy access to the coast road to drive (or bus) 10 minutes to Kardamili or further afield. Efharisto poli! We will be back!

Nightmare 1.5 hours finding the property in the dark, down endless bumpy residential tracks.....!!! As with all booking.com accomodation, clear tried and tested WRITTEN DIRECTIONS and a proper MAP are needed in advance. These should be sent out with original booking confirmation email, NOT on the day of arrival when you are busy travelling.... Also we had booked several other villas during our holiday, so the booking emails were very confusing and time consuming to find, all beginning with "Your Booking Confirmation....."

Very well located

A lovely, comfortable house, in a very quiet neighborhood, a bit isolated (so you need a car), with a terrace and view to the sea. Our kid loved it, so much space where he could play. The owners, Louan and Anna were attentive to all our needs, even put out in the yard a washing machine that we could use whenever we needed. They also provided us with vegetables from their own garden.. yummy! We will definitely revisit if we are back in the region!

Wonderful little gem tucked away in a quiet location between Neochori and Stoupa. Sea views to the front is a huge plus for us. A very well equipped property, Super large bed in an eqully large bedroom with a great comfortable mattress. It has aircon which makes life so much easier, and beautiful views down the valley towards the sea. Leon, Anna and their girls are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The well tended garden is a wonderful place to sit, enjoy the shade and just let the world go by. Good value for money. We were perfectly happy there, with all our needs met. It was compact, easy parking with access via a typical unadopted road, so drive carefully.

Minor point, and not detremental, the bathroom is a little tight for a tall person to negotiate.
