Great location in a very quiet complex. Suitable for a single traveler who needs a space to reset after busy days. large bathroom with lush towels. Coffee & tea station with a small fridge to keep some food items and a microwave. it was perfect

"Just what I wanted"

Conveniently located. The room is spacious and neat. The bathrooms are well kept clean. The fridge and tea facilities are adequate, and I had no issues with the DSTV and internet access. The staff were friendly. Definitely will be booking on my next visit to Sandton.

Nothing

They said I must cancel my booking when I got at the gate and I haven’t gotten my refund. They are not answering my calls and emails. The lady I called when I was there in the property was shouting at me on the call as if it was my problem that she was not there and she told me I should wait for her she’s gonna come at 9pm while I got there around 5pm I’ll be really happy if they can refund me.
