3 BDR CBD Get Away

Location. 15-20mins walk to CBD. Nice and convenient as driving/parking in CBD is a nightmare. Host dropped off a couple of portable heaters as it was chilly (winter nights).

The shower pressure was buggy. Informed the host and they have acknowledged to fix it soon.

The location was excellent, the girls were able to walk to and from University. We visited takapuna which was very nice, and easy to get to from our location. Great to have kitchen facilities. Our vehicle (a Ute) didn’t fit in the garage. But good to have outside parking. Minimal stress for myself to have the easy parking given I don’t feel very comfortable navigating in Auckland.

Bit cold during the day, a heat pump would be advantageous and the blinds were a bit broken so didn’t shut properly.

It was in such a nice area and close to everything! Really loved the rooms too they were so spacious and nice. The morning hot choccies were amazing!!

theres nothing to about this place, just that it was cold but it was the time we went thats it

The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen set up was fabulous. Also loved the secure garage.

I don’t remember reading that it had stairs (I should have realised from the photos but was tired from travelling. My 85yo aunt struggled a little but the downstairs bedroom with ensuite was perfect for her.

Fantastic location. Amazing views and the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach was spectacular. Lovely, clean room. The spa was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
