"Good and comfortable place but terrible checking in process."

The property is well-equipped with things we needed.

The check in process was terrible. We arrived at the property without a local sim. We asked to check in eatlier at 1 PM which the owner agreed. He was asking for info on our way to the Philippines in between flights that had only an hout of lay over in between flights and said he will give the info for the room at 2 PM when we are supposed to check in. We were tired and exhausted from more than 30 hours of waiting at the airports and layover and only to be inconvenienced by this.
