"Laguna experience"

This apartment is well located. Has the sea view as well as a lovely garden with palm trees. Apartment was well furnished, a gas grill is on the balcony, which suited our our needs perfectly

The heat inside was unbearable. There are no fans in the bedrooms as stated in the app. Also, the lack of a wifi connection is an inconvenience cos a guest can't even watch TV

"Canceled booking after confirmation received"

My booking was canceled on the day by the host/owner, who stated that they did not accept single night bookings. Yet the booking was accepted, paid for, and confirmed with Booking.com. I am still waiting to hear back regarding my refund, which was supposed to have been done immediately!
