First of all, the customer service during the booking process and when I had questions afterward was fantastic—well done! Great location, close to the beach—just about a 10-minute walk. The caravan park is nice and clean. We didn’t get a chance to visit the bar, swimming pool, or use other facilities since we were only there for the weekend and didn’t have time. The caravan was clean and had everything we needed—bed covers, towels, kitchen equipment—perfect for a short stay. It had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was happy. There were lots of seagulls around, which was great entertainment for my son, who enjoyed chasing them. I would definitely recommend it!

The shower is blocked and the water drains very slowly, so I had to turn off the tap a few times during the shower to let the water go down and avoid flooding the bathroom. There’s no light in one of the rooms. The oven doesn’t work properly—it heats up a little but not enough to bake anything. We had some pre-cooked bread rolls in there for 3 hours, but they just dried out instead of baking—hahaha! It’s not a big deal—we managed to work around these things—but it would be great to get them fixed so I can give it a 10/10. Still, I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back in the future.

Location was great as we could make it to the beach even though we are not very mobile .

TV big but suffers badly from pixalating . Complained and lady came and improved it by moving aerial lead about . Lead needs changing . Oven only heats to warm . Cooker hood doesn't work

As shown in the pictures below, very disappointed with some of the areas in the caravan. We had difficulty with the gas cooker but phoned ‘Getaways’, where lovely Linda came to our rescue. She bought along her own personal Air Fryer for us to use instead of the cooker, then after showing her the areas in my photos she cleaned the shower area for us, and what a difference she made. It was so clean, why it was not like it when we occupied the caravan, I do not know!! WELL DONE LINDA. The main bedroom is small and there is hardly anywhere to put your clothes. Also for a caravan that sleeps 8 people the small fridge freezer is not fit for purpose. There was 4 of us, and it was a squeeze to fit our food etc inside that small area. Lots of room for the hoover etc that’s on the shelfs above the fridge freezer. Cupboard space for dry foods is practically non existent, lots of glasses though! Have a look in the cupboard space under the sink. The most smallest bottle of washing up liquid I have ever seen in a rented caravan! The inconvenience myself, husband and grandchildren experienced at the beginning of our stay in Caravan SP158, delaying us to explore the resort with our grandchildren for things to be sorted out and made good was not the best of starts to our short break. The pillows were a bit thin and the oven doesn’t give much heat so took us ages to cook a pizza! Decking furniture could do with a revamp! Minor issues and still had a great stay!
