Best location in Marbella. Walking distance to Puerto Banus and easy to get Ubers elsewhere Flat very modern, spacious and clean with lovely outdoor porch for dining. There is a restaurant on the complex Would really recommend to friends

Communication with host could be improved. We did not receive check in or check out details until late the night before but there is a 24 hour reception who helps so is not a huge issue. The bed was very hard Sunbeds around the pool are an additional charge of 10 EUR per bed per day

Der Garten war traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief problemlos. Parkplatz war perfekt.

Leider war die Wohnung feucht und muffig. Den Gastgebern ist das Problem bekannt und dennoch wurden wir vorab nicht informiert und mussten auch den vollen Preis bezahlen. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, auf unsere Anfragen bekamen wir meist keine oder eine sehr spät Antwort. Als wir das Problem mit den feuchten Wänden und dem unangenehmen Geruch meldeten, wurde die Hinhaltetaktik bevorzugt und es wurde kein Gespräch mit uns gesucht, die Dame reagierte erst kurz vor unserer Abreise. Die Wasserhähne sind sehr veraltet und klemmen, aber das ist trotz allem nebensächlich. Das Problem ist die Feuchtigkeit.

Lovely apartment! Very clean and cozy place, and the hole building is great as well. Communication with the owner was easy. The 24-hour reception made check-in and check-out convenient. Easy to reach by car, as the property has a private parking area.

The apartment was cold and somewhat damp. Clothes and towels didn’t dry due to the humidity.

Le jardin est magnifique. On est très proche de la plage et de Puerto Banus. On a bien aimé la petite terasse et la vue sur le jardin.

Je trouve que c'est un peu chère. Il y a beaucoup d'humidité sur les murs, les robinetteries sont anciennes. La salle de sport est en supplément contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur l'annonce
