Quiet location with sheltered balcony view of the river. Unit is compact and neat. Nicely organized and labeled.

Unable to unpack using the closet. Not all areas of the unit have been updated uniformly. Shower needs attention - can’t divert all the water to the showerhead.

The kitchen was nice and had high end appliances. Though kitchen sink started with a slow drain until completely clogged by the we left. Using only for running water.

We were notified the day prior to arrival that there had been water damage due to a/c condensation overflow. We were made aware that the floor was slightly damaged, but was dry. They did not tell us about the smell, that remained during our entire stay. Upon arrival, the unit had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels in bathtub, trash not removed, beds haphazardly made, floors and walls were dirty, couch was dirty, handle to sliding doors was broken, patio furniture was worn and torn fabric. Repair person sent to fix handle, but not completed during our stay. Kitchen faucet was repaired due to being loose, but nothing done about sink not draining. We had to clean the unit ourselves on day of arrival. Rental company only offered refund of cleaning fee and did not respond to additional refunds due to broken items, misrepresentation of unit, there were also no utensils or silverware.

Excellent location and proximity to “Savannah River Beach.” Wonderful sunset view of the river. Walking distance to Hucapoos and Tybean.

Our particular space was pretty unclean and we’re not at all picky. Some sticky spill on the floor inside near the patio door. The shower curtain was moldy/mildewy. One of the drinking cups was wet and dirty. Several moisture spots throughout the place. Walls and trim generally dirty, troubling brown smudge by the bottom bunk bed. Cherry on top was a huge roach (roach, not a water bug) the came out when we were moving the towels that were provided.

I love the space in the apartment and how close the property was to the beach.

Everything was great

Location was great. Easy walking to some restaurants.

The room was great. The staff was friendly. The pool and beach access was great!

Limited parking. Only 1 car allowed.
