Very convenient for Breakfast/cafe situated below this apt. The shower and bath worked very well, beautiful view of Signal hill and the canal from the balcony table and chairs. Strictly for 2 persons and close to the elevator. Mechanical safe worked fine.

Had problems trying to operate the old t.v and it's remote. All windows have venetian blinds which looked highly delicate, and we're afraid to touch You have an agreement to sign for any damages on arrival. The cc process was very awkward with the returning funds The electric kettle should be replaced as is leaking. Toilet seat néeds replacement. The First Aid Kit was found opened, the inventory suggested additional penalty if found to have been tampered with.Had great difficulty finding the agent Papy who claimed was waiting for us more than 4 hours? Location for liason with arriving clients must be made clearer. Not everyone comes by car from the airport!

+ great location and views + safe and secure + has air conditioning in living area and bedroom

- doesn’t seem to be well maintained (writing on the wall, tv stand chipping off, dish washer and mashing machine have stains and sludge) - outdated amenities (tv was small and old and is not smart tv so no Netflix or streaming of any sort, satellite decoder is also old and on its last knees so barely any tv channels are accessible) - WiFi seems to be capped so even if you bring you own devices, you’ll most likely lose connection after a few hours if streaming or connection - No cleaning services on Sunday, so if staying over a weekend, be prepared.
