Casa de la Presa 4

Casa de la Presa 4 is perfect! Looks exactly like the pictures (if not better), very peaceful environment overlooking the dam and pool. Jacques was an excellent host, showed us all the ropes, and was friendly, very helpful throughout our stay. All you need is your food and drinks and you're sorted. Even our dog had a blast! I will definitely be back with a larger group.

The place is very beautiful and clean. It looked exactly the way it is on the pictures. The pool was clean and heated.

I liked everything about this private game reserve.

The nature and quietness was nice. The couches was very comfortable and it's a nice place. I was there during 2 rainy and cold days so couldn't use the swimming pool and mostly had to be indoors but the fireplace inside for a braai was so perfect! ☆ The feeling of two separate types of chill areas on each side of the house creates a feeling of space and could even be perfect for families who would sometimes do their own thing but still enjoy the holiday together, or kids playing one side and adults another without bothering each other. Very nice layout in that sense. Even though it is more open plan.

The beds was a bit hard. But not bad I'm just used to a softer one. But the couches was very comfortable and the large cushion chairs as well. There was only 1 dish cloth for drying and 1 small for cleaning which was a bit too little. No soap for hands in bathrooms. ( I know we should probably have our own, but that seems like a basic in a toilet ) the rest was perfect! :) nice place If it rains please ask for directions for the tar road and do not take the dirt road. We Almost got stuck in the mud and it was like a river flooding one place. A bakkie would be fine but a car struggle but it was after a lot of rain not just a bit.

The host is very friendly and easy to access anytime you need him. Great conversations in between. Thoroughly enjoyed.
